1 Bed/1 Bath in Historic Twiggs House. Courtyard Pool shared with only 12 units. Secured attached on site parking. 2.5 story walk up to a quiet unit with view of the park. Very central to Lower Garden District entertainment; walking distance to The French Quarter, Central Business District and Warehouse District. 2 Blocks from The WW2 Museum.
The building is secured with code entry, constant cleaning and maintenance with easy access to pool and parking garage.

Constance Cabana w/pool!

Private cabana on main property with one bedroom, one bathroom and private entrance. Steps from Magazine Street shops/restaurants. Short walk to historic St. Charles Ave streetcar and just a 10 minute car ride to the French Quarter. Easy parking, relaxing outdoor patio area and pool (not private) access.
Private access to cabana through side gate on property. Easy free parking (off-street available). Microwave, coffee pot and mini-fridge, with access to grill if needed. Hair dryer, full-length mirror and iron/ironing board.

The Bywater Parlor

Artsy 1 bedroom apartment in a Creole Cottage located on the banks of the Mississippi River and featured in Gambit Home & Style Magazine. Perfect for couples and solo travellers who want to experience the city as a local. Built in 1910 and once used as a tattoo parlor, the home boasts a creative NOLA history. We live on the other half of the double with our dog Krewe, so here to answer any questions.
PRIVATE apartment with your own entrance and outdoor deck. Large bedroom with a queen-sized bed, living space, kitchenette, tv, and a private bathroom with bathtub and shower. Includes free street parking. We are right next door to a lively wine and jazz bar called Bacchanal where there is live music every night that stops at 10pm.

Jasmine Station is a renovated Mobile Gas Station from the 50’s! This is a private suite, perfect for a couple or solo traveler.
You’ll have access to 2 Schwinn bikes you can ride along the river and an outdoor tub to cool down in when you return.
